Sue Lee chose to make a difference, and has played a key role in Suncor's growth and development for the past 16 years, during sometimes turbulent economic climates. Lee has also been chair and president of Suncor Energy Foundation since 1998, spearheading initiatives which have invested more than $110 million into hundreds of registered Canadian charitable organizations. She has served as the Canadian co-chair of the 2011 Caribbean-Canada Emerging Leaders' Dialogue, and sits on the board of directors for AltaLink. Recently announcing her retirement, Lee will reflect on a career focused on developing, leading and empowering others. This illuminating event will no doubt ignite a spark in all of us to acquire the energy to succeed and the duty to lead our lives with community in mind.
